Lancashire Schools' Symphony Orchestra (LSSO).

Final arrangements for Birmingham

The Music Service letter about the LYSO performing in the National Festival at Symphony Hall, Birmingham on Saturday July 11th is available here

There is an extra rehearsal for the LYSO, because of this event, on Sunday 5th July.

Gala concert 2009

The LYSO/LSSO Gala Concert is on Saturday 18 July 2009, 7.30pm at Preston Guild Hall. For full details click here

Finally! Some new music clips

I've put a new selection of snippets from 2009 at the bottom of most pages. They are 'live' recordings (complete with coughs) and are not high quality like the CD recordings but I hope they capture the atmosphere of the pieces and the enthusiasm of the orchestras.
