Arrival time: LYSO - 2.00pm

LSSO - 4.00pm

Concert: 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm

Concert Dress: Females

Full length black skirt (Cellist may wear black smart trousers)
Smart white blouse with sleeves (no tee-shirts or sleeveless tops) Black shoes/sandals

Concert Dress: Males

Black trousers, White shirt, LYSO tie, Black shoes and socks (not white socks)

Please bring a drink and packed tea to be eaten between the rehearsal and concert.

In the interests of safety of orchestra members during the day, please take note of the following:

Between the rehearsal and the concert, members of 15 years and under must remain on the Guildhall premises.

Members of 16 years and over may leave the building, but must remain in groups of three minimum. They must sign out and in on their return and arrive back in the Guildhall by 6.45p.m.

N.B. Alcohol must not be consumed by any orchestra members.
