In the interests of safety of orchestra members during the day, please take note of the following: • Between the rehearsal and the concert, members of 15 years and under must remain on the Guildhall premises. • Members of 16 years and over may leave the building, but must remain in groups of three minimum. They must sign out and in on their return and arrive back in the Guildhall by 6.30p.m. N.B. Alcohol must not be consumed by any orchestra members. *** Can orchestra members please return all music parts they have borrowed.
